Clearer information. More accessible opportunities.

The recovered idea proposes an API to normalize public procurement data, classify products and services, and help relate opportunities to a supplier’s profile. The proposal includes extracting requirements, necessary documents, and deadlines from tender notices. Its social purpose is to reduce information barriers and support better-informed participation. No MVP, live service, or proven impact was verified in this review.

Reduce barriers for small suppliers.

The social intention is clearer, traceable public procurement information, supporting informed participation and transparency. This remains a proposal: inclusion, awarded contracts, and reduced inequality have not been measured.
